Dave Carroll received Jesus Christ as his personal savior at the age 10 and after struggling through High School and early adult life, Dave recommitted his life to Christ at the age of 22. From that point on, Dave dedicated himself to the understanding and knowledge of the scriptures. He was ordained into the ministry at the age 28 and has held many roles (e.g. Deacon, Elder, Bible Study Director, Church Administrator and discipling of Christians) in the Church Body environment and has been active in Christian Ministry for almost 30 years. Additionally Dave joined Pacific, Gas & Electric in 1979 and spent his first years of his career in the lineman and system operator journeyman crafts and for the last 20 years has held a variety of management positions supporting PG&E’s electric and gas systems and possesses state licenses and certificates in journeyman classifications, Human Error Analysis, assembly of standards and procedures and currently is the Sr. Manager over PG&E’s Substation Automation/SCADA and physical/cyber security department.
Dave’s first love has always been the study of God’s Word and teaching people the principles of Discipleship. Additionally, Dave is married to the love of his life (Elaine) for 38 years and has two grown children (Joshua and Andrew), two fantastic Daughter in laws, along with 4 grandchildren. Dave’s hobbies are watching the NFL, specifically his Minnesota Vikings, Boating, all water sports and vacationing with his wife and family. Dave and his wife Elaine live in Bass Lake, CA. and are currently attending Calvary Chapel of North Fork CA.
